Oatmeal Cookies
Recipe using: Gourmet Vanilla o Natural extract
Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons of Piñeyro Gourmet Vanilla
- 120 gr oat flakes
- 40 gr of wheat flour
- 40 gr of sugar
- 1 egg
- 60 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a paste.
- Line the baking sheet with wax paper / baking paper. Make balls with the dough and crush them, they should not be too thick. (Do not press too much since the cookie is going to be extended at the time of cooking)
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put the cookies for 10 min or until they are lightly browned.
- Remove the mold from the oven and wait for them to cool.
